What will you get in your service?

Our boiler servicing process is extensive and thorough, so you can be sure that when we’re done you’ll know exactly what shape your boiler is in.

01 Initial Boiler Overview

Our fully qualified and gas certified engineer will first check to make sure that your boiler and all its controls are working properly and do not need replacing.

02 Corrosion Check

We will make sure that there is no corrosion and that there are no leaks from your gas boiler.

03 Parts Check

Your boiler will be opened to ensure all the major parts are functioning properly.

04 Gas Pressure Check

A gas pressure check will be undertaken to ensure there are no leaks from the system.

05 Flue Check

We will check the flue to make sure it’s clear. This also helps us ensure that your gas boiler is not emitting any dangerous gases.

06 Parts Service

We will then clean and service all the parts of your boiler. Any parts identified as needing replacement will be flagged up to you before any changes are made.

07 Gas Safe Certified

We will then reassemble your boiler, leave you a full report and certificate.

Clearly defined pricing for boiler servicing…

We are upfront with our prices. We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15-minute increments (most other companies charge in half hours). Rates exclude materials.

We do NOT charge for travelling, parking, congestion or extra for call-out – we have no hidden charges.

For works requested on a same day service there will be an additional cost of £24.00 per item.

Servicing plan - any boiler

  • Any natural gas/LPG boiler
  • Includes annual boiler service
  • Does not include parts/breakdown
  • Automatic reminders, so less hassle

3 year option: £6 per month, or £216 upfront

Service for any boilers we install

  • Only boilers we install can be put on this plan
  • Includes annual boiler and visual inspection of heating system
  • Validates the warranty on boiler
  • Guaranteed same day response to boiler breakdowns
  • Includes all parts and labour (manufacturer will supply parts)
  • Automatic reminders, so less hassle
  • You can have this plan for the length of the warranty on the boiler (2–10 years)
  • If you sign a contact for the lifetime of the warranty, we will reduce the rate to £6.50 per month. So, for every four services, you get one free service. This can also be paid in a lump sum.

Servicing plan and breakdown cover

£16month (or £192 upfront)
  • Any natural gas/LPG boilers
  • Includes annual boiler service
  • Unlimited callouts
  • £60 excess for each repair
  • Parts and labour included
  • Same day response for any breakdown
  • Includes controls on the system (excludes wireless controls)
  • Requires inspection of the boiler. Initial survey includes first service at £70 inc. VAT
